Hylomar Gasket Compound

So I was reading through Graham Bell’s two-stroke tuning book during class and when I got to the Cylinder Head section, around page 20 I was surprised to find he recommends not running a head gasket. He then goes on to recommend using a gasket compound, either Permatex No. 3 or Hylomar SQ-32 M. I researched both of these sealants and it seems the Hylomar SQ-32 M is pretty good stuff, it’s made for aircraft engines and withstands temperatures above 600 F. However it’s only manufactured and available in Germany but the UK version of this sealant is called “Universal Blue” and seems to be more available. I want to try it on my Vespa’s if I can’t get nice head gaskets made at the gasket place Hoffa goes to. Anyone seen this stuff anywhere?
